Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an apartment maintenance professional to support residents and maintain community amenities in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle service requests, assist with pool and grounds upkeep, and contribute to a high-quality living experience. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain pool and grounds and other property upkeep tasks.
