Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance, grounds, and custodial teams at the community. You will supervise daily activities, manage work orders, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure efficient upkeep of buildings and grounds.

The role requires HVAC certification, a HS diploma or GED, and a background in safety compliance. You may be responsible for vendor communications and staff development within a property management context.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; or 3–5 years related experience.
• HVAC certification required for the position.
• CAMT certification is highly recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and coordinate work orders.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and delivery of supplies.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Schedule and supervise internal and contractor work.
