Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.

• CAMT certification is highly recommended.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate upkeep of grounds and buildings.
• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond promptly to work order requests and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and vendors to schedule work and monitor performance.
