Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring upkeep of community grounds and buildings. The role emphasizes coordinating work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and enforcing safety policies across the team.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC certification, 3–5 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license to support daily field duties and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Fair Housing Certification within 1 day of hire.
• CAMT certification is highly recommended.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training is acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license required to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams with Community Manager approval.
• Respond promptly to work orders and make-readies.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
