Job summary

Franklin Group in Beaufort, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, supervise the grounds and buildings, and coordinate work orders with the Community Manager to ensure timely upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate tasks with Community Manager.
• Oversee inventory, supplies and scheduling of preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Respond to work orders and manage vendor/SOW activities.
• Supervise in-house and vendor maintenance and grounds work.
• Provide training and coaching to maintenance staff.
