Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the territory and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations within Milwaukee territory.
• Plan, organize and manage field service activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Allocate resources such as manpower and materials efficiently.
• Conduct field education and training for field staff.
• Improve route efficiency and manage schedules and callbacks.
• Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders.
