Job summary

Nestlé USA in Cleveland is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities, driving TPM-based reliability and continuous improvement to achieve Zero Loss goals.

You will mentor and develop mechanics, own planning and materials validation, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Quality to minimize downtime and optimize performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment with equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Direct management experience of mechanics for equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM and reliability practices.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP/Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Guide the plant to reduce technical stoppages and review essential lines, processes and utilities.
• Monitor equipment trends to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Propose and monitor KPIs for maintenance practices.
• Lead maintenance activity refinements to minimize downtime (PMs, changeovers).
• Maintain equipment, ensure high-quality workmanship and timely repairs.
• Own job planning and validate material/services for efficiency.
• Lead documentation for equipment history and root-cause analysis.
• Develop Factory SMEs and train them in NCE Reliability program.
• Evaluate team performance and provide development feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, contractors and plant partners.
