Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of production equipment maintenance.
• Direct experience in management of mechanics for the maintenance of equipment, preferred.
• Some knowledge of utilities and facility equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and review lines, processes, and utilities.
• Monitor plant/equipment trends to minimize downtime.
• Develop and monitor KPIs according to Best Maintenance Practices.
• Lead the evolution of maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with corporate engineers, suppliers and plant partners to meet customer needs.
