Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities. You will mentor maintenance and operations teams and drive a proactive TPM-based reliability program.

The role requires leadership, planning, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and suppliers; shift options include 2pm-10:30pm or 10pm-6:30am, with a strong emphasis on reducing downtime, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing mechanics for maintenance of equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM Pillar tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP and Maximo.
• Strong technical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Monitor plant/equipment trends to minimize downtime.
• Lead PMs and changeovers to improve reliability and availability.
• Own job planning and validate material/services planning.
• Lead documentation for equipment history and root cause analysis.
• Develop and lead a network of Factory SMEs for the NCE Reliability program.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers and plant partners.
