Job summary

Nestlé maintenance team in Cleveland seeks a senior technician to lead daily maintenance and drive reliability improvements. You will orchestrate multi-craft execution, guide technicians and troubleshoot complex faults across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Qualifications

Advanced multi-craft capability across mechanical/electrical systems.

Experience in maintenance planning and data-driven optimization.
Proficient with SAP/Prometheus for work orders and analysis.
Knowledge of electrical safety and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

Implement daily maintenance activities per standards in a manufacturing setting.
Coordinate daily technical execution, priorities and technician assignments.
Lead breakdown response, diagnostics and restoration validation.
Coach technicians during troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Provide advanced technical support for electrical, mechanical, automation and network systems.
Audit SAP/Prometheus work orders and lead breakdown analysis.
Develop troubleshooting guides and centerlines.
Support maintenance optimization and asset accuracy.
