Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance functions across manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities, with a focus on reliability and uptime. Second shift, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm with occasional weekends; you will mentor teams, lead TPM/PM practices, analyze equipment history and drive continuous improvement.

A background of 1–3 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong leadership, CMMS experience (SAP, Maxim) and knowledge of food safety regulations is

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of production equipment maintenance.
• Direct experience in management of mechanics for maintenance of equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM pillars and reliability practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS and data mining for trend reporting.

Responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and ensure safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor plant/equipment trends to minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance planning and document equipment history and root causes.
• Develop and mentor Factory SMEs and lead the NCE Reliability program.
