Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across manufacturing lines, packaging, and utilities. You will mentor the Maintenance and Operations teams, drive TPM-based improvement, and supervise regulatory compliance of the environmental program.

The role entails two shifts (2pm-10:30pm or 10pm-6:30am), leading a culture of continuous improvement and zero loss, while coordinating with engineering and plant partners to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing maintenance
• Leadership experience with mechanics
• Knowledge of TPM/PM pillars and reliability practices
• Familiarity with CMMS and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Guide factory to reduce technical stoppages and assess critical line processes
• Monitor plant trends to minimize downtime and optimize availability
• Lead PMs, changeovers, and maintenance planning for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and optimize equipment and systems for reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
