Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance functions for efficient plant operations including manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities. You will mentor the Maintenance and Operations teams in TPM-based reliability and life cycle asset management, driving continuous improvement.

You will coordinate repairs, lead problem solving, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while promoting Nestlé Continuous Excellence across factories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience in management of mechanics for equipment maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM pillars and preventive maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and review lines, processes, and utilities for safety and compliance.
• Monitor plant/equipment trends to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Propose and monitor KPIs following Best Maintenance Practices.
• Lead maintenance activities to minimize downtime (PMs, changeovers).
• Maintain and repair processing/packaging equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Supervise repairs/modifications from audits and ensure timely, quality work.
