Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance functions ensuring efficient plant operations across manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities. You will mentor the Maintenance and Operations teams in loss elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management for a proactive maintenance program.

Qualifications

1-3 years in manufacturing maintenance
Direct experience managing mechanics for equipment maintenance
Knowledge of TPM/PM Pillar Tools and predictive maintenance technologies
Understanding of food safety regulatory requirements
Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maxim) and data analysis

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safe, compliant operations
Monitor equipment trends and downtime; set and track KPIs
Plan and supervise repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance
Develop and mentor factory SMEs and lead reliability program implementation
Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality and supply chain teams
