Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety standards, and vendor coordination while supporting the Community Manager.

This full-time on-site role requires strong communication, scheduling, and hands-on supervision of staff to ensure quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage maintenance staff and vendors; ensure OSHA compliance.
