Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination to ensure property readiness and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff across the property.
• Coordinate resident/work orders, scheduling, and vendors.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain inventory and plan preventive maintenance per budget.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; ensure OSHA compliance.
