Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community, supervising staff and vendors and ensuring safety and service quality. The role emphasizes coordinating work orders, keeping accurate records, and maintaining a proactive maintenance program.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to deliver reliable, cost-efficient upkeep, respond to emergencies, and uphold a strong customer-service culture across residents and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and manage staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for safety and liability concerns.
• Maintain inventory, purchase supplies, and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and performance feedback.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and EPA/OSHA recordkeeping requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on resident relations and service quality.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure timely resolutions.
