Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations for our community. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating service requests, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage preventative maintenance, track records, and work with the Community Manager to keep units and common areas in top condition. Regular on-site presence and on-call responsiveness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation for emergency on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure accuracy of records and budget adherence.
