Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Mayfair Mansions in Washington, DC. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee property upkeep, and ensure timely service requests while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least three years in maintenance with supervisory experience, carpentry/plumbing/electrical/HVAC knowledge, and EPA 608 certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or other applicable experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and oversight for the property's physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.
• Manage apartment turnovers, repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance across the community.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies; monitor logs and records; respond to emergencies as needed.
