Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in Pasadena, TX, to direct asset maintenance activities, ensure safety and reliability, and lead the maintenance team across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes planning, coordination with operations, and adherence to INEOS safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance or operations experience in a petrochemical setting, with supervisory capacity and SAP Plant Maintenance proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance or operations related experience in a petrochemical manufacturing facility.
• Supervisory experience with leadership competencies preferred; required if prior experience is less than 5 years in plant operations.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance activities are safe, efficient, and compliant with safety principles and site policies.
• Plan and execute maintenance work, coordinating with operations, reliability, and external vendors.
• Lead safety reviews, audits, and incident reporting; participate in PHAs and MOC/PSM processes.
• Oversee budget, cost control, and maintenance workflow to meet asset reliability targets.
