Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to direct maintenance activities across our North American plants. The role emphasizes safety leadership, planning and coordination with operations, and ensuring reliable asset performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Plant Maintenance experience, 5+ years in petrochemical maintenance, and a proven ability to lead teams and contractors while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of maintenance or operations experience in a petrochemical setting.
Supervisory leadership experience is preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship).
Strong knowledge of site operating standards, procedures and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

Direct execution of asset maintenance activities including preventive, predictive and corrective tasks.
Lead safety conversations, audits and incident investigations to meet INEOS 20 Safety Principles.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance craft workers, reliability and process specialists.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling and cost control within SAP.
Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and LDAR timelines.
Develop and mentor maintenance technicians and contractor personnel.
