Job summary

INEOS Phenol in Pasadena, TX is seeking a maintenance supervisor with strong I&E expertise. You will oversee and direct the I&E maintenance team, ensuring safe, cost-effective work execution and adherence to ISO 9000 and PSM requirements.

You will develop plans, coordinate with production and engineering, and optimize labor, materials and downtime. Experience in instrumentation, electrical and mechanical maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years formal training in a technical skill (instrumentation, electrical or mechanical).
• 5-7 years’ experience in installation, repair and maintenance of related industrial equipment.
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience and demonstrated proficiency in safety, equipment repair, work process planning, and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and provide technical leadership to the I&E maintenance team.
• Plan and implement training to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop detailed job plans including scope, tools, materials and safety considerations.
• Coordinate maintenance with production and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Update CMMS and manage backlogs to reflect accurate work orders.
