• At least 5 years of maintenance or operations experience in a petrochemical facility.
• Current US driving license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Lead safe and efficient maintenance per INEOS safety principles and site standards.
• Plan and execute maintenance with compliance to environmental requirements.
• Oversee asset compliance with process safety inspections and testing.
• Be a safety leader, conduct safety observations and audits.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance crafts, reliability and process specialists.
• Review work scopes, assess hazards, and initiate safety reviews.
