Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to direct preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance at our Pasadenas site in the United States. You will lead maintenance teams, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and optimize asset reliability and performance across multiple units.

Key requirements include 5+ years in petrochemical maintenance or operations, strong SAP experience, and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance or operations related experience in a petrochemical environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Supervisory experience preferred; leadership capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance activities are executed safely and in accordance with corporate and site standards.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors in planned, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Manage asset safety inspections, calibration, and reliability programs.
• Coordinate maintenance work with operations, procurement, and SHE teams.
• Participate in development of maintenance procedures and training materials.
• Drive cost control and ensure compliance with budget and scheduling.
