INEOS Phenol in Pasadena, TX seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the I&E maintenance team, directing routine and capital projects and ensuring safe, cost-effective execution.

The role requires 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong supervision capabilities, and proficiency with instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical systems. Collaboration with Production and Engineering is essential to minimize downtime and optimize plant reliability.

Competenze

• 2 years formal training in a technical skill (instrumentation, electrical or mechanical).
• 5-7 years’ experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of related industrial equipment.
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience and demonstrated proficiency in safety, equipment repair, work process planning and personnel management techniques.

Mansioni

• Plan and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital projects within the I&E area.
• Develop procedures to comply with facility maintenance, ISO 9000 and PSM regulations.
• Maintain department budget including labor, materials and contracted services.
• Directly supervise and provide technical leadership to the I&E maintenance team and troubleshoot instrumentation/controls/DSC issues.
• Coordinate maintenance with production and engineering to minimize downtime and optimize asset reliability.
