Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site role in Denver. The position oversees maintenance operations, staff, and vendor activities to ensure property upkeep and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires coordinating repairs, managing preventative maintenance, and ensuring timely service requests while upholding customer service with residents and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life
• Maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop adhering to safety standards
• Promote safety practices and hazard communications
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors under Community Manager guidance
• Maintain records of service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and work progress
