Qualifications

• Experience leading and directing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and plant.
• Promote a Safety First culture and ensure GMP/quality procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Manage and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Quickly assess issues to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance staff understand and follow SQF Quality Management policies, procedures, and GMP practices.
• Schedule: Sun-Thu with Fri as necessary, 9:30pm-6:30am with flexibility to adjust hours if needed.
