Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a maintenance technician or closely related role.
• Associate’s degree or relevant college certificate preferred.
• Experience in directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians.
• Basic PLC knowledge; familiarity with SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, building a well-trained and motivated team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Quickly assess issues to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure maintenance staff follow SQF Quality Management policies, GMP practices.
