Job summary

This role requires an associate degree or 5+ years in food manufacturing and strong PLC/SAP experience, with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or college program certificate; or 5+ years related experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing and PLC problems.
• Knowledge of SQF and GMP practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians to meet production goals.
• Direct and coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
