Tyson Foods, St Joseph Prepared Foods Plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 10:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. You will lead maintenance technicians, drive the preventive maintenance program, and coordinate repairs to keep production safe and reliable.

Require 3+ years as a maintenance technician or related role, and an associate degree or relevant certificate. Strong communication and PLC/Microsoft Office skills are expected; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience: 3+ years as a maintenance technician or closely related role; directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians preferred.
• Education: Associate’s degree or relevant college certificate; hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Communication: Proficient in verbal communication; strong written communication for clear expression.
• Computer Skills: Basic PLC experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP is a plus.

• Assist in directing maintenance policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Manage and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment; minimize downtime.
