Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, ensuring a trained, motivated team.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Manage preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Quickly assess issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure staff follow SQF, GMP, and quality policies.
