Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd shift in Delavan, WI. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems and manage the plant's preventive maintenance program.

You will also lead technicians and contractors, ensure SAP work orders are properly closed, and enforce safety standards including LOTO and SOP compliance. This permanent role offers hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining complex industrial systems.

• Ability to perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime.

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Enforce Sibelco's safety standards and lifesaving rules.

Job Description

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• Ensure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAP
• Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
• Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.
• Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.
• Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
• Step in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activities
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Enforce Sibelco's safety standards and lifesaving rules
• Lead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP compliance
