Sibelco Glass NAM is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Delavan. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive preventive maintenance programs in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal technicians and contractors, performing RCA to minimize downtime, and ensuring adherence to LOTO and SOP procedures while maintaining high equipment reliability.

Competenze

• Experience leading maintenance activities and teams.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with SAP maintenance workflows.

Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systemsEnsure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAPManage the plant preventive maintenance program.Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment.Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills.Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance.Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractorsPlan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenanceStep in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activitiesLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiencyEnforce Sibelco’s safety standards and lifesaving rulesLead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP complianceEmployee Type:PermanentWhy Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
