Sibelco Glass NAM in Delavan, WI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will coordinate technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and drive reliability improvements.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• Ensure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAP
• Manage the plant preventive maintenance program
• Function as hands on lead mechanic to trouble shoot and repair equipment
• Perform basic electrical trouble shooting skills
• Train plant personnel to perform basic maintenance
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks as required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
• Step in and support critical or high-impact maintenance activities
• Lead Root Cause Analysis to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Enforce Sibelco’s safety standards and lifesaving rules
• Lead safe work practices including LOTO, LMRA, and SOP compliance
