Job summary

Sibelco in Delavan, WI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance across our site. You will troubleshoot complex systems, manage SAP work orders, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

You will supervise technicians and coordinate contractors, perform basic electrical troubleshooting, and lead Root Cause Analysis to reduce downtime while upholding our safety standards and lifesaving rules such as LOTO and LMRA.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SAP for work orders and maintenance tracking.
• Ability to lead technicians and coordinate contractors.
• Knowledge of safety standards and LMRA/LOTO practices.
• Proven ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor plant technicians and coordinate third‑party contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Enforce safety standards and lifesaving rules (LOTO, LMRA, SOP).
