Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 24/7 maintenance team in a FDA-regulated manufacturing environment on the day shift. You will coach mechanics, manage safety audits, and coordinate maintenance for packaging lines while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, Lean practices (5S, TPS), and strong planning. Requires an Associate degree and 5+ years of supervision; a bachelor’s degree is a plus;

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least five years of maintenance supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or beverage background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 maintenance team on packaging lines; coach and mentor staff.
• Promote safety culture; enforce plant safety policies and conduct field audits.
• Coordinate scheduling and allocation of maintenance resources; manage contractors.
• Own preventive maintenance program and KPIs; drive Lean initiatives (5S, TPS).
• Maintain flexibility to cover different shifts and weekends.
