Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Saint Petersburg, FL to lead daily maintenance operations for our communities.

The role emphasizes timely unit prep, service-request management, and adherence to safety standards across properties. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in maintenance supervision, EPA licensing, and a valid driver’s license, with CAMT/CPO certifications potentially required within six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or related roles.
• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician license required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Interview and recommend candidates for maintenance roles.
• Train maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools; oversee ordering and delivery.
• Assist in disciplinary or promotional actions for maintenance staff.
• Ensure OSHA standards are met; maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain logs and records; report unusual property conditions.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and pursue growth opportunities.

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Booker Creek, Saint Petersburg, FL

Key Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician license
• Minimum 4+ years of industry experience
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the property
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school or industry-related courses preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II
• Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities
• Experience with Yardi software products a plus

Skills & Certifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician license
• Valid Driver's License required
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
