Job summary

Friedman Real Estate seeks an on-site Maintenance Supervisor in Euclid, OH to lead maintenance and grounds staff across multifamily properties. You will manage preventive maintenance, plan make-ready turns, and coordinate with vendors on capital projects to sustain property quality.

Responsibilities include HVAC system maintenance, after-hours response, snow removal, and basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical tasks. A valid driver's license and mobility to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and 1–2 years in a supervisor role.
• HVAC certification is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to travel to other properties.

• Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for contracted services, including capital projects.

• Preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Complete work orders for service requests including plumbing, carpentry and light electrical.

_Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor at you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.
