Friedman Real Estate is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor for Euclid, OH. The role oversees maintenance and grounds personnel, coordinates with vendors, and ensures timely make-ready turnovers while managing HVAC and other mechanical repairs.

Qualified candidates have 4–5 years in multi-family maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision, a valid driver's license, and basic tools. HVAC certification is preferred. This is an Equal Opportunity employer offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

4-5 years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in property maintenance.
Knowledge of make-ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
HVAC certification is a plus or required.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and grounds personnel and plan preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for contracted services and capital projects.
Prepare apartments for make-ready turns and handle work orders.
Perform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and mechanical systems.
Respond to after-hours emergencies and site issues on-call basis.
Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance of common areas.
Document and close service requests including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.

Job Details: Job Location: Euclid Apartments - Euclid, OH 44132, Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor at you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems. HVAC Certification is REQUIRED for this position.

Responsibilities

Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel.
Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs, etc.
Working with the vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
Prepping apartments for make-ready turns
General maintenance duties as necessary
On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls
Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical

Qualifications

Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management.
4 -5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity.
Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
HVAC certification is a plus.
Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.
Must have basic set of tools.
Be responsible and reliable.
Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
