Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and care for the exterior of buildings at Ridgeline at Canton Apartments. You will also perform housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and light maintenance as needed.

The role requires 1–2 years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family properties, reliable transportation, and a basic set of tools. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our team.
