As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the community, ensuring high standards for safety, functionality, and appearance while staying within budget.

Our supervisors are hands‑on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.
