Job summary

MAXX Properties’ Camelback Cove Apartments in Phoenix is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, own operations, and ensure efficient unit turns. You’ll be in the field with your crew, setting the standard for quality and speed.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, coordinating vendors, and keeping the community safe and fully functional.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• Strong HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills.
• Ability to manage make-ready and vendor coordination.

• Lead and work with the maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
