Job summary

MAXX Properties, Lakewood, CO, is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to join our hands-on, fast-paced team. You will help with preparing apartments, handling resident requests, and supporting maintenance projects alongside experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized; a true team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready‑condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.).
• Perform on‑call emergency service as required.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
