Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician for The Station on Central Apartments in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves preparing apartments for market readiness, responding to maintenance requests, and performing emergency services as needed. Applicants should have at least 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience with skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
• Moderate to advanced skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests such as light bulb changes and minor HVAC repairs.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
