Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $36.50/hr

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Eight20 Apartments, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands‑on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.

• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED
