Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Tennessee designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be grads.

This 24-week, hands-on experience integrates you into the shop operations, culture, and transportation industry, preparing you for future leadership roles. During training you will learn the LTL industry, gain operation experience, develop leadership skills, and build shop and maintenance knowledge while rotating through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
