This 24-week, hands-on experience is designed to prepare recent graduates for leadership roles within Dayton Freight's shops, offering exposure to operations, culture, and the transportation industry. Participants will learn the LTL industry, gain operation experience, and develop leadership and maintenance knowledge through a structured rotation across shifts during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Dayton Freight service center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.

Responsibilities
