Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent grads. Trainees gain hands‑on experience across operations and leadership development, preparing them for leadership roles within our shops.

The program includes exposure to LTL industry fundamentals, shop maintenance knowledge, and a rotation through shifts. Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college required.
• Willingness to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willingness to work a rotating 1st/2nd/3rd shift during training.
