Job summary
Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a 24-week Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates.
The program provides hands-on experience across Dayton Freight's operations, with leadership training designed to prepare participants for supervisory roles within Shop maintenance. You will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training, learn the LTL industry, and gain shop maintenance knowledge while exploring internal advancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).
Responsibilities
- Learn the LTL Industry.
- Gain experience in the Operation.
- Develop Leadership skills.
- Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
