Dayton Freight Lines is launching a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates and upcoming grads. This 24-week, hands-on experience lets you join a shop team, grow across operations, and learn our company culture and the transportation industry.

The program builds leadership skills to prepare you for a future shop leadership role. During the training you’ll learn the LTL industry, gain experience in operations, and develop leadership and shop/maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.

• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
